While Stoner’s Pomeranians provides program leadership and operational oversight, breeding decisions are made collaboratively to uphold AKC-aligned standards, ethical practices, and the long-term integrity of the Pomeranian breed.

For over a decade, Partridge River Pomeranians has worked alongside Ciara Bond of Stoner’s Pomeranians, recognizing the importance of aligning experience, expertise, and shared philosophy. With complementary strengths and a deep respect for the breed, this partnership naturally evolved into a structure where Partridge River operates primarily behind the scenes, allowing Stoner’s Pomeranians to serve as the public-facing program, while both kennels remain actively involved in planning, evaluation, and preservation-driven breeding decisions.
